If you have computer or IT related problems, you can visit the ICT-Bèta Servicepoints at the Victor J. Koningsberger building and the David de Wied building.

At the service points we will try to help you as quickly as possible. We can also report malfunctions and other issues. The service desks are open to both staff and students.

We can help you with connecting projectors, installing software, connecting to Wi-Fi or printers, or providing you the correct connector cables.

If we are unable to answer your questions, we can contact other IT groups within the university.
